After being out of the home all day with Christmas festivites, a customer in Pontotoc, MS came home to an unexpected circumstance. His home was flooded due to a water line to the hot water heater breaking. SERVPRO of Amory, Aberdeen, & West Point was dispatched & upon arrival began the water mitigatin process.
